1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Movxune (hereinafter "we", "us", or "Movxune"), located at Guardia Vieja 202, oficina 902, Santiago, Chile, and any individual or entity (hereinafter "you" or "the client") that accesses this website or engages our services.

2. Description of Service

Movxune provides economic planning spreadsheet structuring services for groups developing joint real estate projects. Specifically, our service consists of:

• Organizing participant contribution information provided by the client group into a structured, tabular format.
• Organizing estimated project cost information provided by the client group into categorized sections.
• Organizing project timeline information provided by the client group into a chronological structure.
• Delivering the organized information in an editable document format.

Our service is strictly limited to organizational and structural work. We do not provide financial analysis, investment advice, viability assessments, legal opinions, market analysis, or any opinion regarding the economic convenience of any project, investment, or expenditure.

3. Scope Limitations

By engaging our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The planning documents we produce are organizational tools only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional opinions of any kind.
• We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reasonableness of the information you provide.
• The figures, estimates, and timelines in the planning document are those provided by your group, not those verified or endorsed by Movxune.
• Any decisions made by your group based on the planning document are made entirely at your group's own discretion and risk.
• We are not responsible for any outcome, financial or otherwise, arising from decisions made in connection with the planning document.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for inclusion in the planning document.
• Ensuring that all group members have authorized the submission of their contribution information.
• Reviewing the completed planning document for any errors or omissions before distributing it to group members.
• Notifying us promptly of any apparent errors in the organized document.
• Using the planning document in accordance with applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The document structure, formatting templates, and organizational methodology we apply are the intellectual property of Movxune. The content of the planning document — the figures, names, and information provided by your group — remains the property of your group.

Upon full payment of the agreed service fee, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, copy, and modify the delivered planning document for your group's internal purposes.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information provided by your group as confidential. We do not share, publish, or disclose any information about your group's project to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the service (for example, use of secure cloud storage for document delivery).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Chilean law, Movxune's liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the amount of the service fee paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the planning documents we produce.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any other limitation that cannot be excluded under Chilean law.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our service and to submit inquiries. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the provision of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
